If so, it’s important to define the data protection and compliance requirements it must follow. Our solution is HIPAA compliant by default, aligns with FCC guidelines for AI-generated calls (including disclosure and consent requirements), and is fully GDPR compliant.

How will you manage user consent and privacy?
This may include clear disclaimers, permission prompts, and defined data-retention policies to ensure transparency and trust at every interaction.

Technical Requirements & Integrations Third-party connections

Do you need your AI to connect with external systems or platforms? This may include CRMs such as Salesforce, support tools like Zendesk, calendars, or payment gateways. Please note that API access is required for all third-party integrations.

Training data & knowledge sources

Do you have existing documents or data that can be used to train the bot? This could include onboarding materials, role-specific training documents, or website content. The more relevant information you provide, the more robust and effective the solution will be.

Can the bot transfer calls to a human when needed?

Call transcripts: A complete transcript of every call handled, along with the date, time, and caller number (where available).

Call volume and duration: Detailed tracking of total calls and minutes by day, week, and month, all accessible via your reporting dashboard.

Call outcomes: Clear insights into how each call ended—whether the caller hung up, the Voice Concierge ended the call, or technical issues occurred.

Our Standard Package Includes:

Up to 250 URLs: We train your AI Voice Bot using your own data—typically starting with your website. You can also add unlimited documents (PDFs, Word files, and more) to expand the Knowledge Base.

120 minutes of talk time: The first two hours of call time are included each month. Additional minutes are billed at $0.50 per minute.

Knowledge Base access: Easily upload new information via your dashboard, just like attaching a file to an email. The Voice Bot automatically learns from added content.

Analytics & reporting: Full reporting on every call, including transcripts, call volumes, and call-end reasons.


Pricing is based on a 12-month contract. Alternatively, $299 applies for the first three months, then $499 per month + GST. This includes up to 120 minutes of talk time; additional minutes are charged at $0.50 per minute. Includes 250 URLs; additional URL packs (250 URLs) are available for $199 per month. Data integrations are not included.
